Navigate to your phone’s call history and click on “i” icon near the needed number.

Then tap “Share Contact” and choose “Block via Call Control”.

If that option isn’t shown, simply tap “Edit Actions”, and then drag the slider near “Report to Call Control” option.

Afterwards it’s important to open Call Control, so that the numbers are added to the Call Filter section.
