Why am I seeing an `Update Available` message for Call Control Home?
The ‘Update Available’ message will appear in both the iOS and Android version of the Call Control app when the app has been unable to communicate with the Call Control Home unit for a period of time. Updates will happen in the background when your mobile phone is within range of the Call Control Home unit, and this message indicates that an update is available.
If you’re seeing this message, please try the following:
- Make sure the Call Control app is running on your iPhone or Android device.
- Place your mobile phone within five feet of Call Control Home.
- Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled in your phone settings.
- Ensure that you have an active internet connection on your mobile phone.
